Reinstated licenses are regarded as having been continuously licensed without interruption. Therefore, the holder of the reinstated license will remain under the disciplinary authority of the board during this entire period and may be held accountable for any activities during this period.\n\nB.  Licenses that are not renewed or reinstated are regarded as expired from the date of the expiration forward.\n\nC.  Nothing in this chapter divests the board of its authority to take disciplinary action for a violation of the law or regulations during the period of time for which an individual was licensed.","path":["Title 18.
