Any person desiring to enroll in the tattooing apprenticeship program will be required to provide documentation of satisfactory completion of board-approved health education to include (i) bloodborne disease, sterilization, and aseptic techniques related to tattooing and (ii) first aid .\n\nB. Any tattooer desiring approval to perform the duties of an apprenticeship sponsor and offer the board's tattooing apprenticeship program must meet the requirements of 18VAC41-50-70.\n\nC.
