When a license or registration is reinstated, the license or registration will continue to have the same number and will be assigned an expiration date two years from the last day of the month in which the license or registration was reinstated.\n\nB. A licensee or registrant who reinstates the applicable license or registration will be regarded as having been continuously licensed or registered without interruption. Therefore, the licensee or registrant will remain under the disciplinary authority of the board during this entire period and may be held accountable for the person's activities during this period.\n\nC. A licensee or registrant who fails to reinstate the applicable license or registration will be regarded as unlicensed from the expiration date of the license or registration forward.","path":["Title 18.
