In addition, the public offering statement for a conversion condominium shall (i) contain special disclosures in the narrative sections captioned \"Description of the Condominium,\" \"Terms of the Offering,\" and \"Financial Matters\"; and (ii) incorporate narrative sections captioned \"Present Condition of the Condominium\" and \"Replacement Requirements.\" Provisions for such additional disclosure are set forth in 18VAC48-30-410 through 18VAC48-30-440.","path":["Title 18.
