Such change may include the name of the developer, name of the time-share  program, or any other changes in information submitted in accordance with § 55.1-2239 of the Code of Virginia. The board may request additional information as necessary to ensure compliance with the Virginia Real Estate Time-Share Act and this chapter.","path":["Title 18.
