An exchange company shall file an annual report to update the material contained in the exchange program registration file by July 1 of each year the registration is effective and shall be accompanied by the fee specified in 18VAC48-45-70.\n\nB. The annual report shall contain, but may not be limited to, the following:\n\n1. Current contact information for the exchange company;\n\n2. Information concerning the current status of the exchange program; and\n\n3. A report that contains the information in subdivision 4 of 18VAC48-45-590 and submitted in compliance with subdivision A 17 of  § 55.1-2219 of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 18.
