The following documents shall be included as exhibits to the application for registration. All exhibits shall be labeled as indicated and submitted in a format acceptable to the board.\n\n1. Exhibit A: A copy of the certificate of incorporation or certificate of authority to transact business in Virginia issued by the Virginia State Corporation Commission, or any other entity formation documents, together with any trade or fictitious name certificate.\n\n2. Exhibit B: A copy of the resale purchase contract.\n\n3. Exhibit C: A copy of the resale transfer contract.\n\n4. Exhibit D: A copy of disclosures required by  § 55.1-2228 of the Code of Virginia.\n\n5. Exhibit E: A narrative description of the marketing or advertising plan.\n\nB. The board has the sole discretion to require additional information or amendment of existing information as the board finds necessary to ensure full and accurate disclosure and compliance with the provisions of  § 55.1-2228 of the Code of Virginia and to ensure compliance with the provisions of  § 55.1-2244 of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 18.
