A person residing or doing business within the Commonwealth shall not make, either directly or indirectly by any means, a preneed contract unless the contract buyer has been given in writing all information and disclosures required by law and regulation.\n\nB. In addition to requirements of § 54.1-2820 of the Code of Virginia, the contract shall contain the following:\n\n1. The date of the contract;\n\n2. Whether or not the price of the supplies and services purchased is guaranteed;\n\n3. The appointee agreement when applicable; and\n\n4. Signatures of the contract seller and the contract buyer.\n\nC. If an appointee agreement has been signed, it shall be attached to the preneed contract as a valid part of the contract.","path":["Title 18. Professional And Occupational Licensing","Agency 65.
