Assisted living facility administrators;\n\n2. Athletic trainers;\n\n3.  Licensed massage therapists;\n\n4. Clinical psychologists;\n\n5. Clinical social workers;\n\n6. Dentists;\n\n7. Dental hygienists;\n\n8. Funeral service licensees, embalmers, and funeral directors;\n\n9. Licensed acupuncturists;\n\n10. Licensed practical nurses;\n\n11. Licensed professional counselors;\n\n12. Medical equipment suppliers;\n\n13. Nursing home administrators;\n\n14. Pharmacists;\n\n15. Pharmacy technicians;\n\n16. Physical therapists;\n\n17. Physician assistants;\n\n18. Radiologic technologists;\n\n19. Registered nurses;\n\n20. Respiratory care practitioners;\n\n21. Surface transportation and removal service registrants;\n\n22. Veterinarians; and\n\n23.
