A physician assistant whose license is lapsed for a period of two years or less may reinstate the license by payment of the renewal and late fees as set forth in 18VAC85-50-35.\n\nB. A physician assistant whose license is lapsed for a period of more than two years may apply for reinstatement and shall submit:\n\n1. A completed application package;\n\n2.
