Fees listed in this section shall be payable to the Treasurer of Virginia and shall not be refunded unless otherwise provided.\n\nB. Fees required by the board are:\n\n1. Application and initial licensure\n\n$140\n\n2. Biennial renewal\n\n$95\n\n3. Late renewal\n\n$30\n\n4. Reinstatement of licensure\n\n$150\n\n5. Reinstatement after suspension or revocation\n\n$200\n\n6. Duplicate license\n\n$15\n\n7. Replacement wall certificate\n\n$25\n\n8. Verification of licensure\n\n$35\n\n9. Transcript of all or part of applicant/licensee records\n\n$35\n\n10.  Handling fee for returned  check or dishonored credit card or debit card\n\n$50\n\nC.
