Handling fee for returned check or dishonored credit card or debit card\n\n$50\n\n8. Duplicate registration\n\n$15\n\n9. Reinstatement following suspension, mandatory suspension, or revocation\n\n$120\n\nB. Fees shall not be refunded once submitted.\n\nC.
