The Committee of the Joint Boards of Nursing and Medicine, appointed pursuant to 18VAC90-30-30 and consisting of three members appointed from the Board of Medicine and three members appointed from the Board of Nursing, shall administer this chapter.\n\nB. In accordance with 18VAC90-30-30, the committee may, in its discretion, appoint an advisory committee.
