A person who desires to renew his license or preceptor registration for the next year shall, not later than the expiration date of March 31 of each year, submit a completed renewal  form and fee.\n\nB. The renewal  form and fee shall be received no later than the expiration date. Postmarks shall not be considered.\n\nC.
