Holds a current, unrestricted license from any state or the District of Columbia; and\n\n2. Meets one of the following conditions:\n\na. Has  been engaged in active practice as a licensed nursing home administrator; or\n\nb. Has education and experience equivalent to qualifications required by this chapter and has provided written evidence of those qualifications at the time of application for licensure.","path":["Title 18.
