All changes  in the address of record or the public address, if different from the address of record, or the name of a licensee, trainee, or preceptor shall be furnished to the board within 30 days after the change occurs.\n\nB. All notices required by law and by this chapter to be mailed by the board to any licensee shall be validly given when mailed to the latest address of record on file with the board and shall not relieve the licensee, trainee, or preceptor of the obligation to comply.","path":["Title 18.
