Duplicate wall certificates\n\n$40\n\n15. Returned check or dishonored credit card or debit card\n\n$50\n\n16. Reinstatement after disciplinary action\n\n$1,000\n\nB. Fees shall not be refunded once submitted.\n\nC. Examination fees are to be paid directly to the service or entity that administers the examination.","path":["Title 18.
