The form of identification shall consist of a photo-identification form issued by a governmental agency of the Commonwealth, a special identification card without a photograph issued pursuant to § 46.2-345.2 of the Code of Virginia, or a photo-identification for issued by the U.S. Department of Defense that was issued at least 30 days prior to presentation.","path":["Title 19.
