Continue to meet the requirements for certification listed in 1VAC30-41-80.\n\n2. Successfully pass water supply proficiency testing studies annually as required by 1VAC30-41-130.\n\n3. Notify DCLS in writing within 30 calendar days of major changes in personnel, equipment, or laboratory location as specified in 1VAC30-41-200.\n\n4. Use approved methodology as required by this chapter and incorporated by reference into 1VAC30-41-55.\n\n5. Comply with the reporting requirements specified in 1VAC30-41-190.","path":["Title 1.
