A drinking water laboratory may request in writing to have its certification status upgraded or reinstated.\n\nB. DCLS shall upgrade or reinstate certification when the laboratory can demonstrate that it has corrected the deficiencies that produced the downgrading or revocation of certified status.\n\nC. DCLS may require an onsite assessment or successful completion of a water supply proficiency testing study or both before upgrading or reinstating a drinking water laboratory.
