A Commonwealth employee or citizen with an allegation of wrongdoing or abuse under the WBPA Program may contact OSIG by phone, email, online complaint form, United States Postal Service, or FAX.\n\nB. OSIG staff is available to advise citizens on what to report that meets the definition of wrongdoing or abuse.\n\nC. If an investigation results in recoverable funds, and the whistle blower seeks to file a fund claim under the WBPA Program, the whistle blower will be required to provide his name and lawful residence.\n\nWhile not anonymous, OSIG will keep this information confidential to the extent allowed by law.","path":["Title 1.
