If the division fails to act by dates specified in this chapter, neither the rights of the complainant nor the respondent shall be prejudiced.\n\nB. If the complainant or the respondent fails to comply with the provisions stated in this chapter, except where good cause is shown, the failure may be deemed a waiver of any rights provided in this chapter.\n\nC. After the initial filing, all correspondence relative to the case shall be by certified mail, electronic communications, hand delivered, or by a carrier that will furnish a receipt or proof of delivery.","path":["Title 1.
