{"data":{"id":"us-va/1vac55-20-70","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"1VAC55-20-70","heading":"Procurement","body":"The department shall comply with the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Chapter 43 (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) of Title 2.2 of the Code of Virginia, as it may relate to any services to which such Act shall apply.\n\nIn an effort to stabilize the administration and maintenance of the health benefits program, the department may contract for services applicable to such program for a period of time not exceeding 10 years, with the department reserving the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel such contracts annually upon 90 days written notice to the contractor.","path":["Title 1.
