Permanent repairs made after the emergency, as defined in § 56-265.15 of the Code of Virginia, ceases to exist must comply with this chapter to the extent possible without requiring the installation of new facilities and without requiring excavation or investigation beyond that necessitated by the repair.","path":["Title 20.
