Each Phase I or Phase II Utility is subject to 20VAC5-335-30 through 20VAC5-335-70, 20VAC5-335-120, and 20VAC5-335-130. Non-utility developers, owners, operators, and aggregators of energy storage are subject to 20VAC5-335-80 through 20VAC5-335-130.
