Any request for a waiver of any provision in this chapter may be granted upon such terms and conditions as the commission may impose.\n\nB. For good cause shown, any Phase I or Phase II Utility may request a waiver of the commission's Rules Governing Utility Promotional Allowances (20VAC5-313) for any proposed programs or incentives related to energy storage set forth in 20VAC5-335-50, 20VAC5-335-60, and 20VAC5-335-70.\n\nC. For good cause shown, any Phase I or Phase II Utility may request a waiver of the commission's Regulations Governing the Functional Separation of Incumbent Electric Utilities under the Virginia Electric Utility Restructuring Act (20VAC5-202).","path":["Title 20.
