Any assistive technology equipment distributed through the program is the property of the individual recipient except for any device which, individually, has a cost to the program or the program recipient in excess of $5,000 at the date of acquisition.\n\nB. The department shall retain ownership of any assistive technology equipment distributed through the program that costs $5,000 or more. Where ownership of assistive technology equipment is retained by the department, information regarding income and family size shall not be required.","path":["Title 22. Social Services","Agency 20.
