Under order of selection, applicants determined eligible will be assigned to a priority category and served in the following order:\n\nPRIORITY 1. Persons presently receiving services under an IL plan.\n\nPRIORITY II. Persons whose impairments are so significant that they do not presently have the potential for employment, but whose ability to live and function independently within their family setting or community may be improved by the services.\n\nPRIORITY III.
