With the prior written approval of the  Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, an Area Agency on Aging may transfer funds between the titles of the Older Americans Act, as amended. Area agencies may request transfers of up to 25% between Title III-C(1) funds and Title III-C(2) projects.\n\nB.
