Each Area Agency on Aging not subject by statute to the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) shall have written policies and procedures which are consistent with the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act.\n\nB. The Area Agency on Aging shall incorporate in any contract, grant, or purchase agreement of over $50,000 the conditions specified in the Virginia Public Procurement Act or those conditions provided in the written policies and procedures required in subsection A of this section.","path":["Title 22.
