Grantees/contractors and subcontractors of the  Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services shall include a provision in contracts for the five-year record retention period and for access to the contractor's records by authorized representatives of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States Government.","path":["Title 22.
