Prior to initiating the home study, the licensee shall make full disclosure of fee charges to adoptive home applicants.\n\nB. Each applicant shall be given a written fee explanation that addresses the following:\n\n1. The amount the applicant must pay and when and how the payments are to be made;\n\n2. How the amount is determined and what services the fees cover; and\n\n3. The refund policy of the licensee.\n\nC. The licensee shall develop a mutually-acceptable written agreement with the adoptive applicants regarding the fees to be paid and the services to be provided.","path":["Title 22.
