The licensee shall maintain an office within the Commonwealth of Virginia from which the child-placing activities are conducted.\n\nB. The licensee shall ensure that the office from where child-placing activities are conducted has equipment, supplies, and adequate space for:\n\n1. The safekeeping of records;\n\n2. Protection of confidential information;\n\n3. Affording privacy during interviews and conferences; and\n\n4. Allowing families and children the use of rooms for visitation.","path":["Title 22.
