Provide to the birth parents information about the provisions of parental placement adoption and child-placing agency adoption placements;\n\n2. Allow the informed birth parents to elect which placement provision described in subdivision 1 of this section they desire to apply to their case;\n\n3. Provide the birth parents the opportunity to be represented by independent legal counsel; and\n\n4. Provide the birth parents the opportunity for counseling with a social worker.","path":["Title 22.
