A contemplated change in operation that would affect the terms of the license shall not be implemented prior to approval by the department. The provider will be notified in writing within 60 days following receipt of the request as to whether the modification is approved or a new license is required.\n\nB. The department may modify the term of a facility's license at any time during the licensure period based on a change in the facility's compliance with these standards and other applicable statutes and regulations.","path":["Title 22.
