All staff who are mandated reporters under § 63.2-1606 of the Code of Virginia shall report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of participants in accordance with that section.\n\nB. The center shall notify the participant and the participant's contact person or legal representative when a report is made as referenced in subsection A of this section, without identifying any confidential information unless such notification would jeopardize the participant.","path":["Title 22.
