During the center's hours of operation, one staff person on the premises shall be in charge of the administration of the center. This person shall be either the director or a staff member appointed by the licensee or designated by the director. This person may not be a volunteer.\n\nB. At least two staff persons shall be on duty at the center and on field trips at all times when one or more participants are present. The use of volunteers as staff shall be in accordance with 22VAC40-61-170 G.\n\nC. The center shall maintain a daily participant attendance log, documenting the name of the participant and his arrival and departure time.","path":["Title 22. Social Services","Agency 40.
