{"data":{"id":"us-va/22vac40-670-10","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"22VAC40-670-10","heading":"Definitions","body":"The following words and terms when used in this chapter shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n\n\"Human services field\" means the field of  family services and related degrees, including counseling, gerontology, guidance and counseling, family and child development, psychology, sociology, or other related degrees determined by the Division of Human  Resources based on the similarity of the curriculum and course content. It is the applicant's responsibility to provide information with the application if the applicant wishes the course content and curriculum to be so evaluated.\n\n\"Family Services Occupational Group\" includes the following occupational titles:\n\nFamily Services Supervisor;\n\nFamily Services Specialist IV;\n\nFamily Services Specialist III;\n\nFamily Services Specialist II; and\n\nFamily Services Specialist I.\n\nFor purposes of this chapter,  Family Services Occupational Group does not include  Family Services Manager.","path":["Title 22.
