A local department's request for deviation from the state classification plan and state compensation  plan shall be made to the board.\n\nB. Deviation requests may be either for classification, classification and compensation, or compensation only. When the local department wants to exercise one of these options, it must obtain required approvals and submit the required forms to the department in accordance with the administrative manual. The commissioner will provide his analysis to the board.\n\nC. Local departments shall submit required forms as specified in the  administrative manual when requesting deviation from the state classification plan, classification and compensation  plan, or compensation plan.","path":["Title 22.
