If, in the judgment of the child protective services/CPS worker, the situation is such that the child or children should be immediately removed from the facility, the parent or parents, guardian or agency holding custody shall be notified immediately to mutually develop a safety plan which addresses the child's or children's immediate safety needs.","path":["Title 22.
