Child support enforcement services shall be provided  to all TANF and non-TANF customers.  Medicaid-only  customers shall be provided services to establish or enforce  health care orders at their request.\n\nB. The department shall provide locate services (i) whenever the location of parents or their sources of income or assets is needed in order to establish parentage, establish a child support order, or enforce a child support obligation and (ii) when there is sufficient identifying information available to the department to access locate sources.","path":["Title 22.
