{"data":{"id":"us-va/24vac20-121-140","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"24VAC20-121-140","heading":"Fees","body":"All fees related to school and instructor licensing under the driver training program shall be, as determined by the department, set at levels that will provide reasonable fiscal support for the operations and activities of the Commercial Licensing Division of the department. Such licensing fees shall be based, in part, on the number of business office, classroom and instructional locations that are part of the license or license application at a given time.\n\nA schedule of such fees, as follows, shall be provided to (i) all school license applicants at time of initial application and (ii) all licensed schools at least 30 days prior to their license renewal date.\n\nSchool license for one year, original and renewal\n\n$100\n\nInstructor license for one year, original and renewal\n\n$50\n\nPenalty for failure to renew school license prior to   expiration date\n\n$100\n\nPenalty for failure to renew instructor license prior to   expiration date\n\n$50\n\nProcessing fee for change of address\n\n$3/change\n\nAll such fees shall be nonrefundable.
