Such areas include public parks and recreational lands, wildlife and waterfowl refuges, historic sites, scenic strips, overlooks and scenic byways.\n\nAny new utility installation in the above-mentioned areas shall be accordance with 23 CFR 645.209h.","path":["Title 24.
