The permit surety shall be sufficient to restore the appearance of the right-of-way and to remove the structure should it become dangerous or when it is no longer being used. Advertising signs or the names of owners shall not be placed on such structures located on the right-of-way.\n\nThe applicant shall obtain written approval from the local officials prior to permit application for such structures.","path":["Title 24.
