Objects not removed within 10 calendar days shall be moved at the owner's expense. Objects requiring immediate removal for public safety, use, or maintenance of any highway shall be moved immediately at the owner's expense. The provisions of § 33.2-1224 of the Code of Virginia shall govern the removal of advertisements from within the right-of-way.
