Participation fees for the Tourist-Oriented Directional Signing (TODS) Program are as follows:\n\n1. A one-time application fee of $100.\n\n2. Participation fees for the Supplemental Guide Signs Program are as follows:\n\n1. Fees for participating commercial entities are as follows:\n\nSUPPLEMENTAL GUIDE SIGNS PROGRAM(1)\n\nFees for Commercial Entities\n\nSigning\n\nAnnual Fee\n\nApplication/Site Preparation Fees(3)\n\nNew\n\nMaintenance/Replacement\n\nMajor sign(2)\n\n$700\n\n$250\n\n$100\n\nMinor sign\n\n$250\n\n$250\n\n$100\n\n(1) The following are exempt from annual fees; however, they  will be charged for new construction, maintenance, and replacement:\n\n(a) Federal, state, and local governments; and\n\n(b) Nonprofit organizations.\n\nAll entities are subject to application/site preparation fees per  installation for new signs, maintenance or replacement of signs.\n\n(2) Defined as 12 square feet or larger.\n\n(3) Commercial entities participating in supplemental guide  signing will be responsible for maintenance, replacement, or new  construction.\n\n2. Fees for participating wineries are as follows:\n\nSUPPLEMENTAL GUIDE SIGNS PROGRAM\n\nFees for Wineries(1)\n\nSigning per set - Main and trailblazers\n\n2007(2)\n\n2010(2)\n\n$175\n\n$450\n\n(1) In 2004, participating wineries paid for maintenance and  replacement.\n\n(2) Participating wineries will pay no charge for  maintenance.\n\nD.
