{"data":{"id":"us-va/2vac5-490-39.2","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"2VAC5-490-39.2","heading":"Milk that may be held in a milk storage tank","body":"No person who holds a grade A permit may place or hold in his milk storage tank (i) any milk except  milk  that was obtained from cows, sheep, goats, water buffalo, or other hooved mammal milked at the grade A permit holder's dairy farm; (ii) any milk  that did not enter the milk storage tank through the milking and milk-handling equipment on the grade A permit holder's dairy farm during the milking of the grade A permit holder's cows, sheep, goats, water buffalo, or other hooved mammal; (iii) any milk  that has been held without refrigeration; or  (iv) any milk that has been exposed to chemical or physical contamination.","path":["Title 2.
