Linens that do not come in direct contact with food shall be laundered between operations if they become wet, sticky, or visibly soiled.\n\nB. Cloth gloves used as specified in 2VAC5-585-580 D shall be laundered before being used with a different type of raw animal food such as beef, lamb, pork,  fish, or poultry.\n\nC. Linens  that are used as specified under 2VAC5-585-560 and cloth napkins shall be laundered between each use.\n\nD. Wet wiping cloths shall be laundered daily.\n\nE.
