{"data":{"id":"us-va/2vac5-670-200","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"2VAC5-670-200","heading":"Additional requirements for highly hazardous pesticides","body":"When the commissioner has evidence that the use of any highly hazardous pesticide will significantly affect the quality of the environment or the health and safety of individual users, nontarget species, or a geographic area, he shall, with the approval of the board, control the distribution, sale and use of the substance by employing one or more of the following regulatory procedures:\n\n1. Registration of sellers and users;\n\n2. Records and reports on quantities sold and used;\n\n3. Sales and use permits;\n\n4. Certification of compliance to approved label precautions; and\n\n5.
