Change of PIC or any other information provided on the application.\n\n$200\n\n5. Change of ownership not requiring a criminal background check.\n\n$200\n\n6. Change of ownership requiring a criminal background check.\n\n$500\n\n7. Any acquisition, expansion, remodel, or change of location requiring an inspection.\n\n$5,000\n\n8.
